Adopt a Middle-Aged Man
Become a life-saver today. Middle-aged men are the group most at risk of suicide in the UK, and your support can help change that. Every donation helps men face life’s challenges and come out happier, healthier, and alive.
Why your support matters
By adopting a middle-aged man, you’re funding life-saving interventions for those in crisis. Your contribution helps more dads, husbands, brothers, and mates access support, learn to cope, and rebuild their lives. All it takes is less than a tenner to make a real difference.
Why do men need your help?
Why middle-aged men?
This group faces unique challenges that increase risk:
- Most likely to die by suicide
- Most likely to have no close friends
- Least likely to get the help and sympathy they need
Targeted support can help reverse these trends and save lives.
